large lawnhelpful staff
I found the large lawn great for kids. They could play in front of the restaurant while i watched. the spa and swimming facilities were clean. the staff were lovely and helpful and the food was beautiful, delicious, great.

The room was tidy and spacious. It had nice decor. the bathroom was fairly new with good water pressure. wifi worked well throughout the room, a great plus.

The staff were excellent. They couldn't be more helpful! robert at the bar and restaurant was always helpful! tricia enhanced the breakfast experience, she was very kind and helpful indeed.

The location was near beautiful nature! the grounds were scenic, and i saw deer both mornings. the hotel is set in a quiet location. it is still convenient for travel.

i appreciated that they split the bed into two singles for us. the spa facilities were great. dinner in the restaurant had plenty of choice, and the food was of good quality.
our room did not have temperature control, a problem. there was very little sound proofing from other rooms (a couple next door had a disagreement). i complained in the morning about the noise, but the hotel indicated it was out of their control.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The gardens were beautiful, with a relaxing environment for a walk. I also appreciated that breakfast was tailored to preferences. Facilities were clean.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms . I also found the absence of temperature control in my room disappointing. There was very little soundproofing.

I found that our bedroom was over the generator and I could hear the air conditioning all night.
