I adored the location. It was like stepping into a dream. a sweet tapas bar right outside the hotel beckoned with lovely flavors, and i remember cozy shops just a short walk away. the proximity to main attractions made everything so easy, the giralda glittered nearby!
The wifi service was indeed unreliable. This made it difficult to connect with family, a service i find essential while traveling.

Everything was new and beautiful. the rooms were large, and the facilities were good. cleanliness was always maintained to a high standard (i really appreciated this). the staff members were friendly and helpful.
the wi-fi was not consistently working during the entire stay, and my complaints to the front desk did not resolve the issue.
