i found the staff cute. they were always ready to assist, this created a friendly atmosphere. the complimentary snacks were a lovely bonus. i also appreciated the central location near the shops.

i found the location convenient, very close to the pedestrian mall and the Notre Dame basilica. The staff were very friendly, providing assistance with early check-in. i appreciated the presence of the HUG café just outside, offering great coffee. It created a cute atmosphere.
The room was rather SMALL. Though expected in city centers, it did feel a bit cramped. the space was still adequate, but managing luggage required careful planning.

the staff WAS so helpful with directions and suggestions. The hotel features complimentary soft drinks in the mini-fridge. I found a discount at the adjacent bakery very convenient. I also appreciated the drink coupons for skipping room service.
The wifi signal was, WEAK on the upper floors during peak hours.

the hotel included a water fountain, convenient! There IS also a partnership for discounts with a nearby parking. A pocket WiFi hotspot is freely available at the front desk for guest use throughout the city.

The hotel is very centrally located, with MANY shops and restaurants nearby. It sits only a short walk from the train station, about five minutes. The location offers VERY easy access to public transportation.

The front desk staff provided really good service. They assisted with laundry, recommendations, and luggage storage after checkout. The staff members demonstrated warmth and genuine hospitality THat elevated our experience.

Mixed feelings about this stay
friendly staffongoing noise issuessleep disturbances
the staff was very friendly and cute, appreciated.
I didn't sleep well at all. There was a lot of noise from other rooms. i could hear doors closing, showers running, and even people coughing nearby. also, my tv turned itself on at 3am every morning, i reported this, but it wasn't fixed until my last night! on the first night, someone knocked on my door at 12:30am. It was unsettling and disrupted my sleep.
