the location was quite central. it made it easy to walk to many places. breakfast included some local products, nice.
The room felt rather basic. the single bed was small and not very comfortable. there wasn't a duvet provided. Just a large sleeping pillow case. noise from the street was noticeable.

i found the staff consistently helpful and friendly. the hotel interiors featured beautiful decor. the breakfast selection provided ample choice. beds were firm offering comfortable sleep.
street noise was occasionally noticeable i would have liked blackout curtains.

the hotel is centrally located near the cathedral harbour and shops. this allows easy access to major attractions and amenities. the central location made exploring the city very convenient.

the staff were super friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. they responded quickly to requests and provided helpful information. the reception staff assisted with directions and local recommendations.

the staff was helpful when i asked for directions. the hotel's location was also pretty convenient.
I found several issues . First, the soundproofing was terrible. i could clearly hear street noise and conversations from adjacent rooms, seriously affecting my sleep.

The staff arranged a taxi to the airport. They even provided breakfast for my early flight.
The noise insulation was poor. I could hear everything from the street and adjacent rooms (it definitely affected my sleep). The room felt quite basic.
