acceptable view. disappointing service
missing irondangerous sea access
i requested an iron on my first day. i never received it. the sea access was basically a cliff, so it was dangerous to swim.

This hotel is wonderfully clean. It is well maintained. The staff greets you with a smile, this is lovely. The hotel pool is impeccably clean. It extends right out to the sea and i adore that feature. A shallow lido sits to the side of the pool, a spot for a swim in the sea.
the entertainment schedule was slightly underwhelming , i felt. At times, the atmosphere felt a bit quiet, i must confess.

The hotel is positioned ideally for easy access to nearby attractions. A bus stop right outside offers a convenient journey to Palma in just twenty minutes. A ten-minute stroll along the rocks leads to the beautiful Illetas beach.
