poolside bar spa area gym zone water absence drinking problem unhelpful attitude
the hotel has a lovely pool area. i really liked the poolside bar. the spa area and gym were good too.
there was no water in the room when i got there. i wanted some to drink. when i asked, they did not offer any assistance. (i had to buy some later).

acceptable view. disappointing service
missing iron dangerous sea access
i requested an iron on my first day. i never received it. the sea access was basically a cliff, so it was dangerous to swim.

a haven by the sea
clean pool sea access shallow lido friendly staff
This hotel is wonderfully clean. It is well maintained. The staff greets you with a smile, this is lovely. The hotel pool is impeccably clean. It extends right out to the sea and i adore that feature. A shallow lido sits to the side of the pool, a spot for a swim in the sea.
the entertainment schedule was slightly underwhelming , i felt. At times, the atmosphere felt a bit quiet, i must confess.

The hotel is positioned ideally for easy access to nearby attractions. A bus stop right outside offers a convenient journey to Palma in just twenty minutes. A ten-minute stroll along the rocks leads to the beautiful Illetas beach.
