noisy air conditioning cramped room
I must admit, my room wasn't exactly what I'd call spacious. It felt a bit cramped for the price. The air conditioning was also quite temperamental. It struggled to keep the room cool during the day, and it was quite noisy at night. This made sleeping a bit of a challenge, I must say.

noisy air conditioning misleading terrace
The air conditioning did not work very well and was noisy. I tried opening the window instead, but it was too noisy outside. I kept it closed overnight. The terrace photos showing tables set for meals are misleading. They were never set for breakfast, and no other meals were available.

rooftop terrace nice view air conditioning spacious bathroom drink restriction coffee quality bad coffee missing bar
the rooftop terrace offered a nice view where i could eat breakfast. the air conditioning in my room worked well. the bathroom was spacious, i wasn't expecting that.
i wasn't allowed to bring drinks to my room. they didn't have a bar or vending machine. the cappucino was very bad, like automaten coffee. i'm sure they dont tried it themselves.

Excellent Stay Near the Duomo
breakfast variety terrace view
I enjoyed the breakfast with a wide variety of pastries. The terrace provided views of the Duomo (I spent every morning there).

rooftop views made the stay!
quick response rooftop terrace surrounding landscape
the staff responded quickly when i left jewelry in the room. they arranged shipping it back to me, so i felt very supported. i appreciated the rooftop terrace. i enjoyed views of the surrounding landscape from up there.
the air conditioning barely worked on the first night, so the room felt very warm.

the accommodation is a short walk from most sights! it is approximately ten to fifteen minutes. this proximity made sightseeing convenient and efficient. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

the breakfast included a good selection. it was nice to have that included! the morning rooftop terrace offered an excellent spot. i liked eating breakfast with great views.
