i had to wait, as there are no stairs available for general use.

The room was spacious and clean i LIKE. It featured a nice city view, and a well-stocked minibar was available for emergencies. Breakfast included gluten free options, great. Staff gave us prosecco, AND it was a wonderful gesture for our wedding anniversary
The air conditioning in the room did not function. I reported it but problem remains.

My room was well-kept and offered a relaxing environment. I also appreciated the convenience of having car rental services available directly at the hotel. This made exploring the surrounding area much easier. Breakfast provided a good start to the day with a tasty and varied selection of food.
The gym had limited equipment and space. This made it challenging to complete my usual workout routine.
