central gem
excellent location short walk helpful advice warm rooms
the location proved excellent. it was a short walk to the rialto bridge. saint mark's square was also nearby. we also got helpful restaurant advice from reception. the rooms were warm and offered all that we needed.
the floors sloped, which i know is common in older buildings.

the staff provided emailed information before arrival. recommendations followed when i asked for places. the staff were helpful. the reception was very understanding, and it was easy to communicate with them.

Wine and strawberries were delicious. We opted for this extra. staff offered a recommended list of restaurants and cafes. it was very helpful and we found good places. amenities were also conveniently nearby.

central location prompt staff antique furniture
the location was central to san marco. the staff responded to all requests promptly (they even helped with directions!). our main room was comfortable with antique furniture, and i enjoyed it a lot.

central location complimentary drinks helpful staff
the location was central i easily walked to many attractions the room included a mini bar with complimentary drinks this charmed me the staff were very helpful with directions and recommendations.
the staircase lacked an elevator so luggage transport was slightly difficult.
