acceptable stay, some issues noticed
crowded area small pool
the room offered many amenities. there were tons of dining options, because the hotel is connected to the mall.
the reception area reminded me of a crowded train station, lacking sofas. i found myself in a crowded area when exiting to the mall through a small corridor. there is no beach and the pool was packed so i could not get a sunbed.

amazing stay!
great professionalism perfect location lovely atmosphere breakfast selection
i was so happy with the service! every staff member showed great professionalism. the location was perfect, with easy access to the mall. i found that the hotel had a lovely atmosphere, i especially enjoyed the aura pool. the breakfast selection impressed me too.
the valet parking got busy at times, i did experience some delays. it really tested my patience!

The breakfast selection had many choices. It was a complete experience for all tastes, with hot and cold options, a fresh juice bar, and a variety of pastries , made every morning enjoyable!

The room provided great views. It allowed a clear look at the sea, and the layout was efficient, it helped me feel relaxed. the butler service added convenience to every part of the stay.

The aura pool, on the other hand, offered a great way to relax. It had comfortable loungers, and the water was crystal clear, i felt that the temperature was perfect for swimming all day long.

spacious rooms unexpected treat
the rooms are amazing i tell you they are so spacious the elegance is top tier. i loved the complimentary transfer to the beach club, it was an unexpected treat and i had so much fun.
the reception area was kinda busy it reminded me of a train station with just few sofas available, so it was a bit crowded.

excellent stay!
staff attention clean room service quality
this hotel is really nice. the staff gives attention to details and are attentive. the rooms were spacious, clean and kept really well. i would come back here for sure, and i will suggest it to my friends because of the rooms and service quality.
i have nothing negative to say, but the pool was a little busy. it was hard to get a sunbed near the pool area. i had to wait longer to get a sunbed.
