the room was equipped with good amenities.
the television remote was missing upon arrival, and it took hotel staff one hour to deliver a replacement. i found the outdated furniture and dirty spots in the washroom disappointing (especially for a hotel i have previously enjoyed). i will likely not return to this location.

i really liked the convenient access to public transport. the hotel had nice staff, always greeting me with a smile. my room decor created a nice ambiance. the breakfast included many options (i especially enjoyed the fruit selection!).
i found that some areas experienced slightly slower wifi connectivity.

The staff accommodated me so considerately after my surgery. they even got a microwave from the kitchen for my soup because i was restricted to that. the cleaners invented a method to arrange the bed. i felt cared for here.
the bell rang frequently. It was noisy. the room felt small and lacked a desk. the toilet was not cleaned well upon my arrival.

I found the location convenient for walking into the city. It was close to transport connections. Staff were helpful and informative. They gave a great overview of the hotel's amenities.
I found hairs visible in the bathtub and in the closet. The couch looked dirty with visible stains. Part of the flooring in the room popped up. The television signal was unstable.
