mixed feelings about my stay

I had a few issues . the coffee in my suite was not restocked automatically, so there was no coffee available in the morning. the gym was very crowded at peak times. It was difficult to get a treadmill. i ordered room service one evening and the presentation of the dish was inconsistent with a previous order.

The gym was very clean. I found the gym instructors helpful, particularly Shem. They seemed flexible and understanding of client needs. The environment looked conducive for training.

The phones across the apartment did not work. I could not easily call room service. Staff did not seem well-trained. I experienced long wait times and basic requests required many follow-ups.

The gym had everything I needed. I got personalized help from Shema, the trainer. It was well-equipped for varied workouts. The suites are modern and very well maintained. I felt at home immediately, because of the relaxing atmosphere.

I could hear thumping music all night, FROM the club next door. I found that very disruptive. i hope they improve soundproofing soon. IT was loud.
