Village Charm
extra towels friendly staff christmas decoration hot tubing
I received extra towels. The staff are friendly throughout the hotel. The bar decorate for Christmas. Hot tubing felt awesome when snow was falling.
The breakfast feels not too warm. It felt not very appealing. They need better options for breakfast. This is necessary to compete with local restaurants.

My room had very nice and clean features. The bed and pillows feel very comfortable. I felt very restful at night in this room.

The location prove perfect. I walk everywhere from here. There are nice stores and restaurants. Bike rentals are close, too. I enjoy the spa with a sauna and a hot tub outside.

long waiting times elevator problem
the location was really convenient and close to the gondola. ski lockers near the gondola were helpful.
only one of the two elevators was working. this made waiting times very long, and it was hard to get on a full elevator. i felt the price didn't match the major inconvenience.

The location was good. It was right in the middle of the village. You are within walking distance from all the bars and restaurants. The bed was super comfy. I slept well every night after exploring.
The breakfast was chaotic to get a place. After waiting a long time, we could eat it in the room. we chose to get breakfast at the supermarket the other days. The underground parking was also very expensive.

an okay stay overall
breakfast buffet friendly staff broken elevator small locker
the breakfast buffet offered a nice selection. i also found the housekeeping staff to be super responsive to our needs. they were very accommodating!
one of the two elevators was broken , so transit to and from the room was inconvenient. the wait times were quite long! plus, the ski lockers at the partner location were very small. even for my gear.

convenient location spacious room quiet room
I found the location convenient. Accessing the lower gondola was super easy! the room was spacious and quiet, a great relief after a long day. i especially liked the added bonus of ski storage at the sister hotel, right next to the excalibur blackcomb gondola!
the breakfast area felt chaotic sometimes, making it slightly difficult to find a spot quickly
