good locationawful shower noisetemperature difficulty
the location was good, not far from everything. (it was a short walk.)
the shower made an awful noise, like someone learning the bagpipes. getting the right temperature was difficult. i was pretty annoyed with it.

charming stay near everything
ski storagewater fountainloud whistling
i appreciated the basement parking with ski storage. the bubbly water fountain and glass water bottle were also really cool. the front desk staff was insightful too. they seemed really genuine.
the shower whistled really loud when i turned it on. it sounded like a beginner bagpiper. the shower temperature also changed a lot during my shower. it wasn't a fun experience

i saw complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. the hotel connects to the bearfoot bistro. this is great for those who enjoy a high end meal without leaving the building.

the front desk checked me in early. that was appreciated. the staff seemed friendly and helpful during my whole stay. they gave good information too.

it was close to the central area. it was still quiet though. i was only about 5 minutes walk from the gondolas. that was convenient. the main thoroughfare behind the hotel keeps noise minimal.
