I appreciated the attentive staff at reception. The restaurant offered quality service, and the staff were helpful (especially during the busy breakfast service). Free parking was available in the square, a definite plus for me.
My room overlooked a rear area with work equipment. It was not the most scenic view.

The hotel sits on a wonderful square. The hotel building is historical. The location is ideal as a stop on the route to Santander from the south. The hotel is close to the motorway, providing easy access.

i loved the hotel's historical building! the reception lady was helpful and knowledgeable about its history. also, parking was available, really convenient because the plaza mayor was hosting an event. the room was spacious and comfortable with a big bathroom!
the external view was fine though the monotonous floor tile throughout the building seemed dark.

the room featured comfortable furniture and a large bathroom! there were plenty of fresh towels available. the space felt very warm and inviting, a real treat after a long day.

I mentioned it, but they did not care. The bed wasn't comfortable for the price of the room. So much for a restful getaway. Honestly, I expected better.
