amazing stay
beautiful view varied options direct access superb views
the resort's landscaping displayed a beautiful lake view. breakfast offered varied options and featured outdoor seating. i appreciated the direct access to the lake. the pool area was also a highlight with superb views.
parking cost was an unexpected daily charge of 20 euros.

the staff provided attentive service throughout my stay. the team were helpful with luggage and explanations of everything needed, notably serena de varese at the reception. roberto in the breakfast restaurant also gave great service.

the hotel is well located with easy access. the setting provides a more peaceful vibe near lake como. it provides direct access to the lake. the views are amazing from nearly all areas.

the rooms were clean and well maintained throughout my stay. my suite provided adequate space and comfort. rooms have a fantastic view. a daily cleaning service kept the rooms in excellent condition.

breakfast was satisfying with many choices. the on-site restaurants served quality food. la masseria offered a particularly enjoyable meal. the restaurant la musa offered delicious dishes prepared with fresh and local ingredients.

excellent staff free ice creams fun pool parking cost missing directions bandage pocket
the staff were all excellent. the kids loved the free ice creams. the fun pool area was perfect for the family. the lake area also provided a lot of entertainment.
the parking cost 20€ per day. i learned this after i booked the hotel. there weren't many directions on arrival. i found an old bandage in my bathrobe pocket.

Very nice Stay with Amazing Service
fine scenery friendly staff private beach
The location offered fine scenery. The staff was attentive and friendly. I found a separate pool for families alongside a quiet relaxing pool. We appreciated private beach access to the lake. The resort's landscaping is amazing. The lake view was quite beautiful. I also enjoyed the breakfast with outdoor seating. The food variety was fantastic.
I found the parking cost added up. It was an additional €20 per day.

The front desk ladies were so helpful. They called all local pharmacies to see who was open when my daughter experienced an allergic reaction. The reception staff checked later to see how she was doing. This was very considerate.
