small room dated elevators
The breakfast had a nice selection. It included fruits, breads, cheese, and meats along with teas and coffee.
My room was quite small (not a big deal, but noticeable). The elevators seemed dated. The room faced the road, so I heard quite a bit of noise despite double glazing. I found this a bit distracting at night.

small shower stall limited breakfast
The breakfast offered limited choices. It seemed more convenient to find other options. The shower stall was also quite small. It was difficult to move around comfortably. the room felt a bit cramped.

The staff were really nice. They spoke english.
The elevators felt quite dated. They were slow. i prepaid online. but i was asked for an extra amount as tax at checkout. i wasn't given a receipt.

convenient location helpful staff clean room comfortable bed
I found the hotel location very convenient. it is close to the train station and main attractions. bus stops are nearby. This made getting around simple. the staff were helpful and professional, they answered all my questions. my room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The shower cabin was small. It was a bit difficult to move around in.

great location train station uncomfortable bed red stain
the location was good. it was close to the train station, the lake, also shops. the room was clean. i find it very nice.
the bed werent comfortable. it was very important for a hotel unfortunately. the pillows wasnt comfortable and had red stains.

a satisfactory experience
helpful staff english speaker central location convenient location lake proximity poor breakfast limited options uncomfortable mattress
the staff was super nice they spoke english too i found them helpful for local things i could do. the room had cleaning service and the hotel is within walking distance from both the city center and the ferry. the location being close to the lake was a big bonus for me
the breakfast was very poor it only included a few slices of salami and cheese. there was also tea coffee and croissants i missed having eggs fruits and vegetables. the mattress was like sleeping on stone
