Average stay, some issues encountered
bathroom flooding unaddressed maintenance
The location was decent, putting me close to the promenade.
The bathroom was a PROBLEM. The shower lacked proper sealing (I noticed it immediately), so each time I used it, water flooded the entire floor. Despite reporting this, nothing was done to fix it. I ended up using a bunch of towels to soak up the mess each day (seriously, I was annoyed).

mixed feelings about the stay
loud noise poor breakfast
the noise was a real problem i could hear staff and other guests very clearly. the breakfast had many options but the quality was poor. i also had an issue with the shower it flooded the bathroom unless i used several towels

The hotel's location was excellent. it was near a bus stop , made travel simple. the restaurant across the street was a great bonus. i also liked the friendly staff. They were always helpful.

convenient location good selection clean breakfast
The location was really convenient. I found many bars and restaurants nearby. Breakfast had a good selection, also everything looked clean.
The room lacked a refrigerator or safety deposit box. I found this a bit inconvenient.

mixed feelings about this hotel
inadjustable air conditioning refused cutlery
the location was fine with a bus stop nearby
the air conditioning could not be adjusted below 23 degrees celsius i found this unpleasant the hotel refused to provide cutlery for my wife's meals due to her allergies it felt cheap

solid hotel at a good location
great location breakfast variety friendly staff
the hotel is in a great location with a bus stop right outside. the breakfast had a lot of options and variety each day. the staff were friendly and helped. i also enjoyed the view of the water from my room.
the air conditioning system did not cool the room below 23 degrees celsius. this made the room uncomfortably warm, especially during hot weather.
