friendly staff great location unclean pool cigarette tips
The staff was friendly, and they were always ready to help. The location is great. It is a short walk to the supermarket and the bus stop (i really appreciated this).
The pool water did not appear very clean. I noticed cigarette tips floating in it (i found this a bit off-putting).

Excellent location and friendly staff!
great location friendly staff clean room
The location is fantastic. I could easily walk to the beach and several restaurants within ten minutes. The room was very clean and the staff were helpful. Noreen were really good too ensure my stay was enjoyable.
I noticed that the cleaners spoke loudly outside the rooms. Therefore, soundproofing wasn't great. This made it difficult to relax at times during the day.

The hotel has a small but well-kept pool area with about fifteen loungers and a few umbrellas. Free coffee and biscuits were available in the lobby every morning. A nice touch. A vending machine with snacks and drinks is also located near the reception.

helpful staff public transport daily cleaning good experience
The staff was very helpful. the hotel is near public transport, this made travel easy. my room got cleaned daily. I appreciated that. the experience was good overall, so I would return.
the cleaners speak VERY loudly outside of rooms. soundproofing wasn't great. it was loud.

basic stay with some issues
ash air conditioning inadequate bedding
The location was definitely convenient to local shops.
The room had some issues. The air conditioning blew out what was to be ash. they didn't provide blankets or sheets, so it got pretty chilly at night the shower was more like a pressurized stream of water barely wider than my thumb.

daily housekeeping bus stop
The room was spacious and came with daily housekeeping. The location is GREAT, just a short walk to the nearest bus stop. It makes it super easy to get around and see the island. The staff were cute and helpful.
The wifi wasn't usable. I politely called about this, and they said there were too many people using it and they could not do anything about it. It was a problem.
