helpful staff really good breakfast clean room loud music pricey snack bar poor bar service
The staff was friendly and very helpful. I love the hotel its location it is near the beach. Breakfast was really good I love it! The room was clean, too.
The music near the large pool area was very loud. It really spoiled my time there. The snack bar was pricey I hate that. The bar service was also poor I think.

breakfast sausages friendly staff convenient location
I really enjoyed the food, especially the breakfast (the sausages were great!). the staff were very friendly and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile. the location was also great, with easy access to the beach and nearby shops. i also appreciated the daily cleaning service. The room was always super clean.

super clean room high standard sun lounger
the super clean rooms had a lovely pool view. housekeeping maintained a very high standard. finding a sun lounger was easy anytime. the staff was cute and helpful from check-in. i look forward to returning.
i signed a rental agreement kneeling. there wasn't a proper surface for reviewing documents. the coffee table was far from the sofa. providing a signing space in the lobby would be beneficial.

staff members were attentive and happy to assist with requests. reception provided really good service, offering cheerfulness and efficiency. the hotel gifted a bottle of tasteful red wine upon arrival, a nice touch.

the hotel is close to the beach and not too far from the harbor. it is near supermarkets and restaurants. this area is undoubtedly popular with families.

the staff was helpful and lovely. the food tasted like gourmet buffet. i mentioned that our hot tub did not work. it was fixed the next day with new parts.

fantastic stay!
lovely gesture clean lines spacious balcony welcome feeling
Federico at the reception greeted us with cava. this was a lovely gesture especially after our long flight. the room had minimalistic clean white lines. i booked the dluxe balibed and the balcony was spacious..
the evening entertainment, while fun, didn't always hit the mark. some acts weren't as polished, but honestly, it added to the charm.

the breakfast buffet impressed me. it offered a great variety of options. the bike center danilo hondo provided convenient full-day access. the comfortable bed was a plus
the hotel lacked a proper writing desk, forcing me to sign documents in an uncomfortable position.
