the staff was helpful and lovely. the food tasted like gourmet buffet. i mentioned that our hot tub did not work. it was fixed the next day with new parts.

Federico at the reception greeted us with cava. this was a lovely gesture especially after our long flight. the room had minimalistic clean white lines. i booked the dluxe balibed and the balcony was spacious..
the evening entertainment, while fun, didn't always hit the mark. some acts weren't as polished, but honestly, it added to the charm.
