spacious roomslow check-infaulty thermostat
the room was spacious, exactly what i needed for a short stay.
Check-in was slow. i waited almost 20 minutes (i timed it) just to get my room key. also, the thermostat in the room didn't work. It was too hot, and i couldn't adjust the temperature. i had to sleep with the window open.

a relaxing stay
clean spawarm roomwell-prepared food
the spa was a highlight.. i thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and swimming pool, finding them very clean and well-kept. the rooms were beautiful and comfortably warm. i found the food well prepared and the dining experience enjoyable.

The room was spacious with a lovely bathroom, it was immaculate. the spa facilities were lovely and relaxing. dinner in the restaurant included lovely cocktails. I recommend the mojito.
i noticed a slight delay in the responsiveness of the room service, though it was a busy night.
