shockingly rude staff reception staff
the room was super clean with a beautiful bathroom, that i accept.
the receptionist attitude was unacceptable, they could not provide a receipt for my stay and they seem can't be bothered to help. i have stayed here before and this time the reception staff was shockingly rude last night and this morning. i was very dissapointed.

the hotel room was amazing. the staff were friendly and helpful to me. dining was very good there too.
the location is in the middle of a housing estate, i think. this place should not be called a 'country club'. it is the local leisure centre is attached to a hotel.

adequate stay overall
good space easy parking isolated location misleading name
the room provided good space and the bathroom and shower were also very good. parking was easy to access too. i found these aspects quite convenient.
the location feels a bit isolated in the middle of a housing estate. it might be misleading to call it a 'country club' as it seems more like a local leisure center with a hotel attached. i found this disappointing.

slow check-in faulty thermostat
the room was spacious, exactly what i needed for a short stay.
Check-in was slow. i waited almost 20 minutes (i timed it) just to get my room key. also, the thermostat in the room didn't work. It was too hot, and i couldn't adjust the temperature. i had to sleep with the window open.

a relaxing stay
clean spa warm room well-prepared food
the spa was a highlight.. i thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and swimming pool, finding them very clean and well kept. the rooms were beautiful and comfortably warm. i found the food well prepared and the dining experience enjoyable.

immaculate condition relaxing spa lovely cocktails
The room was spacious with a lovely bathroom, it was immaculate. the spa facilities were lovely and relaxing. dinner in the restaurant included lovely cocktails. I recommend the mojito.
i noticed a slight delay in the responsiveness of the room service, though it was a busy night.
