The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast included many options for pastries, fruit, yogurt, and cereal. The swimming pool was very relaxing. Staff were friendly and very helpful from check-in to check-out.

amazing stay!
spacious roomcomfy bedfriendly stafftasty breakfast
the hotel rooms were so spacious and the bed was very comfy i really slept well the staff were friendly and cute i felt right at home. the location was great a short walk to the city centre for all the attractions. breakfast was a good treat with a huge choice of tasty options.
the walls seemed a bit thin and i could hear some noise from the neighboring rooms it was minor though

the hotel restaurant offers a good variety of food options and i found the service efficient the breakfast buffet included both hot and cold choices and the coffee was really good i enjoyed it very much.

the hotel features a well equipped gym with several machines and free weights plus a spa and swimming pool area are available for relaxation however the pool hours are restricted from 4pm to 8pm daily for all guests.

the staff was super helpful and polite from reception to the restaurant personnel everyone ensured i had a positive experience they addressed my queries quickly and were always approachable during the day.

the room was too hot , and i couldn't adjust the heating. one of the tvs in the room didn't work at all. plus , the jacuzzi was out of service

i found the staff really friendly. they accommodated leaving our bags after checkout. the location worked well, close to the city center.
the room lacked fresh air because it had no windows that could be opened. it felt warm. this impacted sleep.
