excellent stay!
murder mysterycomfortable bedsscottish breakfastgood meals
the murder mystery event was fun. the hotel maintained cleanliness. our room had comfortable beds and good size. breakfast included a scottish cooked breakfast and a continental buffet. evening meals in the bar proved really good.
during my stay, i found the wi-fi signal was inconsistent in certain areas.

The hotel offers complimentary toiletries including dove shower gel and shampoo. there are tea and coffee making facilities with a kettle available in the room. a hairdryer is provided. breakfast is served promptly at 8 am.

this location is prime and central, with a small supermarket opposite. a quaint pub is next door, also, there is a coffee shop selling cakes and souvenirs! this location provides great access to loch lomond.

The staff provided excellent service, even going the extra mile. reception staff are cheery and cute as are the cleaning staff. the bar staff are lovely and friendly. I thought they couldn't have been any better.

The food was GREAT I had dinner and breakfast. BOTH were delicious and the service was excellent, although they were busy. The room was clean, inviting, and warm after a day walking. I was very HAPPY.
The room was small with rattling radiators I needed to bleed. The view of the hotel air conditioning pipework was not ideal. I would AVOID that room.

refurbished bathroomfriendly atmosphere
the refurbished bathroom included the best shower i've experienced the room itself felt cosy and was effectively heated. i found the staff helpful and courteous too a friendly atmosphere was present throughout my visit.
the room smelled slightly damp perhaps an air freshener could help alleviate this small issue
