I found a free shuttle bus to the airport, so it was very convenient. The staff provided a complimentary early check-in. The room was very clean. Good toiletries and UK plugs were available.
The nearest tram was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel!

The room was a superior queen room. The staff was helpful. They answered all my questions with a smile. I appreciated that i could easily adjust the ac in the room to my liking. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to the airport, a convenient perk.
I noticed the price of the buffet dinner seemed a bit high, especially considering the food quality.

The hotel boasts convenient proximity to the airport, a notable advantage for travelers. It only took me ten minutes to reach the hotel using the provided shuttle service. Despite the nearness, i did not notice any airplane noise from inside the room because of well sound isolated windows.

The staff demonstrated high professionalism and politeness, which greatly enhanced the stay. I found everyone to be helpful. The front desk staff was particularly cute. They addressed all inquiries promptly and efficiently, even during peak hours.

The lobby features complimentary lemon water, fruit, and cookies, a thoughtful addition. I used the gym, it was equipped with several treadmills and weight machines. There is also a ping pong table and billiards available for guest use.

the free shuttle from the airport was very convenient. the room was spacious and had plenty of storage facilities. there was a complimentary drink at the bar, a nice gesture.
the walk from the tram stop took 15-20 minutes.

the hotel is close to the airport, made our early morning departure easier. the timetable was clearly displayed at reception (i found it helpful). the beds were comfortable.
the room i stayed in showed its age. i saw some scratched furniture. breakfast felt meagre (i think it lacked variety).
