elegant stay
friendly staff great location quiet oasis courtyard entrance
i found the staff very friendly, right from the front desk to the housekeeping team. the location was great. it reminded me of an oasis, away from the busy city center. i especially liked the courtyard entrance, it.
the room i stayed in felt quite average considering the premium price, there were no flowers and no chocolates provided.

the location provides easy access to many sites. the central position made walking around very easy. it's also near public transportation, it offers convenient travel options.

the room included a comfortable king bed and a seating area. the bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. there was also a turn-down service, this added extra little touches to the stay.

the breakfast offered many choices (especially the pancakes!). i could also request specific items, they were promptly served. i appreciated the warm and cute attitude of the staff.

staff was friendly. breakfast choice was good. the location made it easy to walk places.
the room felt really tired looking with old, tired carpet. outdated fixtures were apparent. i found the experience to be not great.

the superior queen room had a courtyard view i found this to be peaceful. two separate sinks were included i thought that was convenient.
the gym equipment felt a little old.

small room weak shower pressure
the location was quite central, i suppose.
The room i got, a superior twin room courtyard garden or city view, was surprisingly small. For the price, i expected more space. also, the shower pressure was weak. it was barely a trickle, not the sort of thing you expect from a fancy hotel.

wide selection breakfast buffet fresh pastries fresh fruit attentive staff small room dim lighting bathroom lighting street noise
the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of items. i found fresh pastries and fruit. the staff was attentive to my needs during breakfast. the location was central, so i walked to many attractions (it was great). the hotel also had a fitness center, and i used the treadmill.
the room felt small compared to the photos i saw online. the lighting in the bathroom was dim and made it hard to see. i also noticed dust on some of the furniture in the room (the desk was affected). the noise from the street at night was noticeable, even with the windows closed.
