a quiet stay
excellent recommendation courtyard garden beautiful atmosphere
the staff gave excellent recommendations for a vegetarian restaurant , and i loved it. the hotel's styling had very good interiors , and the courtyard garden was lovely. the balcony faced the sunset.
the hotel lacked a kettle , so making a cup of tea in the room was not possible.

breakfast buffet safe facilities annoying crack heavily perfumed
The breakfast buffet had an excellent and extensive range. Staff readily fulfilled all requests I made and were very helpful with local knowledge. The facilities felt SAFE and quiet.
The double bed was not actually a double. It was two singles pushed together, which left a crack in the middle. It was quite annoying. I learned the hotel room was heavily perfumed. All curtains, closets, and textiles smelled like the tax free shop at an airport.

small room inconvenient coffee maker
the staff was helpful and cute, which i did appreciate.
My room was small. I expected more space and felt quite cramped , it really impacted my overall experience. there also wasn't a coffee maker in the room which i found inconvenient. the room looked different from the photos online.

I adored the staff. They were amazingly friendly and helpful, providing really good service throughout my stay. breakfast offered a good and plentiful selection of food. the kitchen availability for snacks, tea, and wine around the clock was such a nice touch after a long day!

The room featured two chairs facing a garden just outside. The hotel provided an espresso machine and filtered water at all hours in the kitchen. The location allowed for easy walking to various attractions. I appreciated the spacious, well-appointed room and bathroom. Everything felt perfectly clean.
