the staff was helpful and cute, which i did appreciate.
My room was small. I expected more space and felt quite cramped , it really impacted my overall experience. there also wasn't a coffee maker in the room which i found inconvenient. the room looked different from the photos online.

I adored the staff. They were amazingly friendly and helpful, providing really good service throughout my stay. breakfast offered a good and plentiful selection of food. the kitchen availability for snacks, tea, and wine around the clock was such a nice touch after a long day!

The room featured two chairs facing a garden just outside. The hotel provided an espresso machine and filtered water at all hours in the kitchen. The location allowed for easy walking to various attractions. I appreciated the spacious, well-appointed room and bathroom. Everything felt perfectly clean.
The hotel room lacked a mini-bar and kettle. I couldn't even make a simple cup of tea.
