I found the staff quite friendly. Alan, in particular, gave excellent service. i appreciated the bike rentals available directly from the hotel. the food was lovely, especially the breakfast selections. i enjoyed the cleanliness and overall simplicity of the place.

The pool was amazing with a convenient swim-up bar. many sun loungers were available. the private beach allowed snorkel rentals. I saw many fish nearby. the room was comfortable, though the bathroom needed a bit more.
the room cleaning was not good at all. the drain became clogged. trash bins were never emptied. this caused some inconvenience .

breakfast included many options. they offered a la carte selections. the staff was very helpful! beach access included enough sunbeds for all guests. we did not need reservations. i found the location excellent for both relaxation and access to attractions.

I loved the staff. They were kind and always smiling. they accommodated my needs. the location is between the central area and the sunset area. It is quiet. there are also atms right next to the hotel.
i ordered more things from the breakfast menu and it was possible with extra charge. the coffee is not great.

mixed feelings about this stay
faulty a c bathroom sauna
the hotel grounds are nice and kept in order.
the room a/c was not working as expected. the outdoor bathroom reminded me of a sauna because of the plastic roof above it, a situation i could not tolerate. there wasn't enough shaded area at the swimming pool either, a big letdown.

perfect location beautiful garden wide variety
the location was perfect, close enough to everything. the garden and beachfront are beautiful. the staff worked hard to. i appreciated the wide variety of breakfast options with table service. the beachfront offered nice lounge chairs.
I found that the pool turned my swimming costumes a rusty color after being in the pool. The pool didn't feel entirely clean.
