I loved the staff. They were kind and always smiling. they accommodated my needs. the location is between the central area and the sunset area. It is quiet. there are also atms right next to the hotel.
i ordered more things from the breakfast menu and it was possible with extra charge. the coffee is not great.

the rooms are modern, clean, and tidy. there is air conditioning that worked perfectly. each day, i received fresh towels and the room was perfectly cleaned. wifi functioned without issues for the duration of my stay.

the hotel grounds are nice and kept in order.
the room a/c was not working as expected. the outdoor bathroom seemed like a sauna because of the plastic roof above it, a situation i could not tolerate. there wasn't enough shaded area at the swimming pool either, a big letdown.

the location was perfect, close enough to everything. the garden and beachfront are beautiful. the staff worked hard to. i appreciated the wide variety of breakfast options with table service. the beachfront offered nice lounge chairs.
I found that the pool turned my swimming costumes a rusty color after being in the pool. The pool didn't feel entirely clean.
