large pool fine view great experience quick response

the villa was gorgeous with an impressively large private pool. the ocean view from it was fine I chartered a boat to the gili islands for a day it was a great experience. staff service remained warm and amicable throughout my stay. the maintenance team responded quickly to issues that arose and tried to fix them quickly.

the multiple early morning calls and prayers from nearby mosques started around 4 am. they went on for a long time even with earplugs it was difficult to sleep. the food quality was average and there was a noticeable lack of healthy options

A Tranquil Escape

beautiful garden professional staff organized snorkeling

The villa was immaculate with very nice decoration. It faced the ocean. The hotel has a beautiful garden. Staff members were professional and kind. Activities like snorkeling at the Gili Islands were well organized and FUN!!!

early morning noise average food

The early morning wake-up call (those prayers are loud) from nearby mosques, even with earplugs, made restful sleep a challenge. it's one thing to embrace local culture. It's another to be serenaded against my will at 4 a.m. the food also lacked a certain spark. while the quality was acceptable, i expected more given the price point and the hotel's supposed standards (maybe i'm just a picky eater).

i stayed in the luxury ocean view villa private pool it was very large i could comfortably swim. the bathroom was also huge it overlooked a mini garden

the early morning calls to prayer from nearby mosques went on for over an hour even with earplugs it was hard to sleep
