The breakfast included many options. Food quality looked high. Staff members demonstrated attentiveness and kindness. I was upgraded to a lake view room. It overlooked landscaped gardens. The bathroom included a decent size shower. Two large swimming pools existed.

the staff was very helpful. the horizon pool is excellent. i really liked the high ceiling in the room. the spa was great.

i found the room was pretty basic for the price. it lacked good toiletries. the shower area did not have a proper floor and water leaked into other parts of the bathroom.

the hotel is large with a private beach! the grills restaurant had a wonderful view. we also enjoyed the seaside grill and found the gym nice , providing good options for exercise.

During check-in, i found the service disorganized. We waited a long time. the process felt mismanaged. this delayed the start of our getaway and was quite frustrating.

the food selection was plentiful. but i found the options were the same every day.

the service felt subpar, considering it is a 5-star hotel. i had a heated conversation with the receptionist demanding a solution. they did not offer a room change or any real solution.
