service inconsistencies detract from potential
faulty phone limited loungers
i found service lacking. the room phone did not work. finding available loungers at the adults' pool proved challenging at times. these issues negatively impacted my experience.

comfy bed super clean cleanliness lovely bath electrical fault blocked pool promised facility
The villa was beautiful inside, it had one of the comfiest beds i have ever slept in. housekeeping kept it spotlessly clean. staff left bookmarks and made towel art for me. They even ran baths. the spa was magnificent and i had the best spa day ever!
i experienced constant electrical faults in my villa. the aircon tripped out at night, and there were complete power failures. restaurants and main pools were blocked for a wedding party on occasions! i did not have access to all promised facilities.

excellent wi-fi great resort
my rainforest junior suite featured excellent wi-fi throughout the hotel i also found the service really good i had great resort facilities. the staff provided superb customer service.
i noticed very poor bread and croissants at breakfast they tasted stale.
