delayed room wrong bell
the surrounding area felt calm.
The service i received was quite disappointing. when i arrived, my room wasn't ready, even though it was well past the check-in time. I had to wait two hours. also, the staff rang my bell twice for the wrong reasons, disrupting my nap time.

pure bliss at this hotel!
calm atmosphere friendly staff water sports secluded spot
I had such a spontaneous trip and found this amazing place for a night, i wish i could have stayed longer! the calm atmosphere made it so relaxing, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. i was also really happy about the water sports nearby. i'm already planning my return next year! it's a secluded spot, so it's quiet and perfect for a peaceful break. i also saw the on-site shop selling local crafts. It had some really beautiful items.
the only tiny thing is that some of the sun loungers near the pool showed a bit of wear, but they were still perfectly usable and comfortable!

the staff provided prompt responses to requests, handling inquiries with efficiency and a smile, i noticed how attentive the pool staff were, always ensuring guests had fresh towels, and were comfortable.

The premises include well maintained tennis courts, with quality equipment and a smooth playing surface. Also the fitness center is equipped with modern machines, and it allowed for varied workout routines!

My room had a private balcony overlooking the gardens, offering a tranquil space to relax. Plus the bathroom included premium toiletries. the minibar was restocked daily with a variety of beverages!

poor communication delayed refund
The beach was clean and private. I enjoyed the calmness there.
The customer service was not good. I asked to charge my debit card, but the staff insisted my credit card was rejected. I never even used a credit card. Communication was difficult due to the language barrier, so my requests weren't properly understood. They agreed to process a refund because I had to cancel my trip due to flight issues. Weeks later, I still have not gotten my money back.

Amazing Beach and Perfect Service
private beach clean oceanbed clean pool
I enjoyed the private white sandy BEACH. The oceanbed was clean. I also swam in the big clean POOL. A lovely breakfast was available with a yummy spread.

beautiful beach nice pools green water warm water
The resort has a very beautiful and almost empty beach. Breakfasts were great (especially the variety of local fruits). there are two nice pools. I found many places to sunbathe here.
The pool water wasn't very fresh. It looked kind of green. The water of the pools was also too warm for my liking.

A Wonderful Getaway
super calm place kind staff filtered water
I was fortunate to book a night here at the last minute and will definitely extend my stay next time. The environment is peaceful and very calming. The staff members were kind and quite helpful. I really appreciated how environmentally conscious they were, providing filtered water in jugs instead of plastic bottles.
The breakfast buffet menu had limited variety, and most dishes were unfortunately not appealing.

The hotel features huge pools and a long, beautiful sandy beach, and it is full of green spaces. There are enough sun loungers and parasols available at both the pools and beach, so guests are well accommodated with service included.
