the breakfast buffet included many food options. these options came from around the world. the staff was very encouraging as i tried a variety of cuisines. our housekeeper kept the hotel super clean. he ensured we always had plenty of water and towels.
the gym was closed on one of the mornings, but it reopened later that day.

I found the private beach very convenient and clean. The three swimming pools were a hit with my family, especially my kids. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of options and tasted really good (the fresh fruit was my favorite!). The staff at the restaurants were friendly. Their service really stood out.
I noticed that some of the gym equipment showed signs of wear and could use some updating.

I am grateful for my recent visit. the breakfast buffet offered many food options from around the world, a delight. the housekeeper kept the hotel super clean, ensuring plentiful supplies. He was cheerful. i found staff very friendly, always ready to help with requests.
some areas need a fresh coat of paint.

the breakfast met my expectations. it was diverse.
i was disappointed by the cleanliness in my room. i found hairs on the table, and the bathroom had blood stains. the staff did clean it later, but the dust went all over my unlocked belongings. this was unprofessional and showed a lack of training.

I appreciated the prompt attention to detail. My king room patio was well kept and clean. The Heavenly Bed provided really good comfort. The staff promptly addressed any requests I had (including extra towels).

There are three swimming pools available. One is an infinity pool overlooking the ocean. A kids club provides supervised activities for children aged 4-12. The gym contains three treadmills and also two stationary bikes.

The Seasonal Tastes restaurant offers a breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. Tide Restaurant features seafood dishes. Westin Eat Well menu provides healthy choices (i had a great breakfast!).

I found the hotel grounds very spacious. I noticed it features a private sandy beach. I easily found loungers by one of the three pool areas. The gym was well-equipped. (I especially enjoyed the tennis courts.)
I noticed some areas of the hotel show slight signs of wear.

The King Room Patio featured a large layout with comfortable bedding and modern decor, and I found the room to be neat. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I appreciated the ample space.

The gym could benefit from a small upgrade. Some equipment appears slightly dated.
