The room was cleaned almost every day which was awesome! water was replaced as needed too. So convenient. the concierge mohanad and hateem were amazing. They helped so much with organizing and printing train tickets.
The breakfast was a bit crowded.

the carpet had stains. it wasn't clear if these were permanent or just not cleaned well enough. the ac kept shutting off, and the room got hot. i had to wake up and turn it back on. there was also a blinking blue light on the light controls near each bed? it blinked all day and night!

totally awesome stay!

the location was super close to everything i wanted to see and do, especially the masjid an-nabawi. It was a short walk. the hotel was super clean and very comfortable! the staff were also super friendly and helpful, they always had a smile.
the room service was pretty slow, honestly. i had to wait a while to get some extra water delivered. it really wasn't convenient after a long day out.

the location is excellent and within walking distance of masjid nabawi and the food street! it provides easy access to prayers at any time! nearby, guests have easy access to food stalls and local shops.
