I found the room to be a great size with a lovely atmosphere. the food was great. I definitely recommend it. breakfast was excellent, very tasty and served hot (especially the sausages!).
i noticed only one chair was available in the bedroom.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area close to the beach. I really liked the view. it is an easy walk away from the steam railway, the roman bathhouse and muncaster castle.

the double room was spacious and looked super fresh. everything i needed was supplied in the room. the room has a really powerful shower (i enjoyed it very much!).

i found THE breakfast perfect. room cleanliness was up to standard. i loved the shower and bath, they worked well.
the hotel had no air conditioning or a fan, making the room very hot.

The location was wonderful. I was very close to the waterfront. The bedroom was spacious and the bathroom was similarly generous in size. I found both breakfast and dinner to be of great quality (especially the breakfast). The staff were friendly and helpful . They were very cute.
I noticed some dust in the room, but it didn't impact my overall visit.

The bar area offered comfortable seating. An outside seating area was also available to use. The restaurant decor was beautiful. The atmosphere was very nice.

The family room accommodated four adults comfortably. The room was spacious and very clean. I found the room to be well-equipped with many amenities (the promised hair dryer was there!).

The location is central to the village and close to the train station. The hotel is situated right on the waterfront. The hotel is in a quiet location, not far from the beach.

The staff were cute and helpful. Helen contacted me via email regarding pre-ordering food and was very polite. The service I received was excellent (very prompt and attentive).

i found one light bulb blown in the bathroom.

the restaurant had a nice ambience. the breakfast service was efficient. a lady coordinated the breakfast and promptly prepared tables. the staff was polite and attentive to customer needs.

the bar area was nice and smart. tea and coffee making facilities were available in my room. the hotel provided both a hair dryer and an iron. i was happy that there was a bath, as many modern hotels lack this feature.
