perfect location and super clean rooms

i was very happy with the double room balcony. the room included a mini fridge stocked with complimentary water. it was also very clean and i found the bed really comfortable. the shower had excellent pressure (that's always a plus!).
i could hear some street noise at night, though it wasn't too disruptive.

The hotel is very close to the beach. It is only a block away. many restaurants are within easy walking distance. access to other attractions in the area is simple from here.

i received a friendly welcome from the owner iñaki. he provided helpful information about the local area, including good recommendations. i appreciated his kindness and willingness to answer any questions i had.

i received a VERY warm welcome from the staff upon arrival. the check-in process was smooth and quick. the hotel features a fantastic location near many attractions. i found the staff helpful with all my questions.
the bathroom in my room was SMALL, a little difficult to move around.

The room I occupied felt somewhat cramped. Space around the bed was limited, and maneuvering with luggage proved difficult. I also noted that sound insulation was inadequate because noise from nearby establishments disrupted the tranquility within the room at night.

The location was acceptable. The staff was available if needed.
The room was quite small, I must say. A wardrobe was present, but it was hard to close if clothes were hanging inside. This made moving around difficult.
