The location was acceptable as public transportation was right across the street.
The parking was available but a little tricky to get in (not ideal with a larger vehicle). The room was also noisy. I could hear sounds from other rooms and the plumbing system. It seemed poorly constructed.

the cinema theme is quite something. our room displayed filmography on the wall, dedicated to an actor. the breakfast room showcases an array of oscar winners. we had a good stay and appreciated the short walk from the train station.
the balcony was small, offering a disappointing view. i could see a triangular courtyard with old buildings. also, the walk to the beach takes about twenty minutes.

The location is a little outside the main city center. It is about a 30-minute walk, though that distance was manageable for me.
