A charming hotel experience

the staff WAS helpful. I loved the room. The location was really something, prime location right be train station. A prime location right be train station is a real plus. I appreciate friendly staff.
there WAS no car park as it says their IS. I had to park up the road round the corner on the mount pleasent road. This becomes a problem. It is a good walk from the hotel. So, It was not worth the money

the location IS perfect. The hotel IS located in front of the train and bus station. The hotel is also a short walk to the castle. I found it a great location right by the train station.

I stayed in a one-bedroom suite. the bathroom was quite massive. clean towels were provided daily with fresh milk! there were also lovely balloons and cake in my room. i must admit i was very impressed by the thoughtful touch, especially since i was celebrating my daughter's birthday. the location is great. Restaurants are nearby, so i walked everywhere.
the stairs were a bit creaky though, but it was only a minor inconvenience.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was amazing. I found the staff to be lovely and very helpful from the get go. I would happily stay again.
The stairs were very creaky. We could hear everyone using them, especially early in the morning.

The room had a nice design. the staff at the cafe provided really good service. They were friendly and helpful. breakfast was excellent too.
I noticed there wasn't a car park, although it was indicated. i parked up the road on mount pleasant road. the stairs were very creaky. Everyone is awake when someone uses them.
