great location close to everything
convenient locationfriendly staffoverpowering scent
the hotel location near the train station proved very convenient. the luas stop outside made getting around quite simple. staff at the front desk were friendly and arranged taxis easily.
i found the air freshener scent throughout the hotel overpowering. it was strong enough to be quite bothersome. i also noticed the beds were a bit firm for my liking.

the room was spacious and very clean the bed was comfortable. the toiletries were nice and there was a good selection of teas and coffees.

Breakfast included many options. The room had tea and coffee. The bed was very comfortable. All hotel staff were always polite and helpful. The hotel has a good location near train and tram stops. A Spar shop is on the corner, I bought some snacks there. It was easy to walk into the city center, transport was available for rainy days. I used it when I had luggage.
I found that the toilet paper provided was thin and cheap. I feel that better quality toilet paper would improve guest comfort.
