a stay with mixed experiences
broken blindsworn furniture
i found some issues. the room was on the fourth floor and there was no lift, not ideal (i have a slight knee problem). the bathroom could have been cleaner, and there were also holes in the wall. the furniture looked worn.

i found location under ten minutes walk from tower ballroom and other attractions. i received a friendly welcome, rooms are warm. i appreciate the cleanliness, hotel staff gave me bottled water.

the hotel manager gave amazing customer service and were very friendly, and accommodating. the staff was really helpful, and gave attention to detail thus i had chocolates. the manager carried my bag to my room.

the room includes an iron and ironing board plus a fridge fully working. the room was very super clean and cozy thus we had a lovely time. i had tea and coffee making facilities there.

this hotel offer quiet times in place so one can get some rest if needed. luggage storage is available thus is useful for early arrivals or late departures. i find this hotel has central location to winter gardens.

The location was great. It was close to everything i needed.
The room i booked was not what i expected. It was quite small, and the window had a broken handle, so it could not be opened for ventilation. This was PARTICULARLY frustrating during a very warm stay.

the check-in was easy (i arrived late). the staff member carried my luggage upstairs. i also appreciated the mini-fridge and iron in the room. the hotel is close to attractions.
the blinds in the room were quite thin, letting in a lot of light early in the morning. i wish the window was covered better.

The room got quite warm at night, even with the window open. Ventilation seemed limited. the single key opened both the main entrance and the room door. i felt a little uneasy that anyone could access my room with the same key. I'd prefer separate keys for added security.
