Very nice Stay With a GREAT Cause!

I was so impressed by the staff's warmth. They were always ready to assist, from arranging tuk-tuk services to offering travel tips. The hotel supports community initiatives. I found it especially rewarding to contribute through my stay. I enjoyed a complimentary afternoon tea. It included delicious local treats and refreshing drinks.

The gym was a bit smaller than I expected, but it still had the basic equipment I needed for a quick workout.

The waffles for tea were DELICIOUS!!! I really liked the fresh fruit and drink. The food was made from locally sourced ingredients. The presentation added to the experience.

There are two pools available . The rooftop pool offered AMAZING views, especially at sunset. There were water refill stations, important to reduce plastic waste. The hotel is a green oasis during the hot weather.

The staff provided really good service. They ensured I felt welcome and cared for. They offered a free pick-up service from the airport shuttle bus station. The tuk-tuk drivers provided good information at all the attractions.

I found the staff kind and helpful, especially anita. She explained tour options and arranged a bike for me. the rooms were very pretty and gave a very peaceful vibe. also, the hotel helped drop off an item i left behind.

the tv in my room wasn't working! but i didn't really mind.

They ensured i had everything i needed, offering assistance with local tours, transportation and providing useful information about the area. the grounds featured lush landscaping. the hotel offered complimentary afternoon tea, a lovely touch that allowed guests to sample local flavors. i liked the presence of refillable water stations, a thoughtful initiative to reduce plastic waste.

the selection of tv channels was somewhat limited, though i didn't spend much time watching tv anyway.

mosquito problemmediocre food

i was excited, but the hotel didn't quite meet expectations. mosquitoes were a real problem, even after spraying the room. resolving issues with the staff felt slow, involving lots of internal chatter i couldn't understand. the restaurant's food was mediocre, especially considering the price.
