the staff generally did a good job assisting customers.

the breakfast was really bad , it served cold western options and the thai food looked unappetizing. i did not eat there on the second day , choosing the coffee club across the street instead. also, the floor in my one bedroom executive room was sticky and not washed properly.

the rooms were spacious. the rooms were full equipped with a kitchen for cooking. the hotel is in a central location near a mall. it gave easy access to the beach with taxi services.

i stayed at the hotel, and the room was dirty when i checked in with stains on the sofa. the rooftop pool is small and crowded. the staff seemed unwilling to help, a detail that stood out negatively.

The gym had modern equipment. The location is excellent near a shopping center. I found the staff very friendly and professional. The room was cool, comfortable, and spacious.

There were no power points near the mirrors in the room. This made grooming inconvenient. I hope it can be fixed.

The front desk staff displayed kindness and efficiency. The housekeeping team maintained immaculate cleanliness on the 22nd floor. Their attention to detail was very apparent.
