full amenities friendly receptionist
the room was very clean it had full amenities in both the room and the bathroom. the bed was super comfortable the receptionist was friendly and helpful.
the hotel needs touch up paint i think you should not have to pay for what should be complimentary water.

the buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of items. i found the staff to be generally polite. the rooftop terraces provided nice views.
i noticed the room was old. i found a lack of necessary hygiene products. the pool had strange opening hours.

convenient location excellent views friendly service
i found the location near terminal 21 very convenient it made getting around simple the rooftop pools offered excellent views breakfast included various options catering to different tastes i appreciated the friendly service throughout the hotel
i noticed the hallways seemed a bit too dark which could be improved

great facilities spacious room colourful style dark hallway key card touch-up paint
I enjoyed my stay . the facilities were fantastic. i particularly loved the two pools. One on level 24 and another on the rooftop. the room was spacious, comfortable, and styled colorfully.
i did encounter a few issues. hallways seemed too dark. the key card caused the lights in my room to randomly turn off and on all night, even after a replacement. the room could use some touch-up paint.
