excellent stay with matterhorn views

The staff answered all questions and were very helpful. breakfast was delicious with caring staff. i was impressed with the wellness area. It added such a nice touch. the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable.
the hotel offered limited facilities. it was not the typical experience i expect from a hotel. also, the room had carpet flooring.

the bedroom was spacious and very comfortable, even the pop up bed. the breakfast dining room offered a lot of space. i loved the lounge, it had a cozy fire, we loved the room.

The hotel is close to a cable car station. it is used to get to the five lakes trail. This was very convenient. walking from the train station, we saw the gornergrat train. it was ascending the mountain.

The breakfast included many options. Cereals, fruits, pastries, coffees, eggs, meat, and cheese were available. My single room was spacious. It had a balcony with good mountain views.
The building work right outside the entrance was slightly disturbing.

The location is convenient. It is a short walk from both the train station and the Sunnegga funicular. A bus stop for Matterhorn Paradise is located across the street. The staff was friendly and helpful.. all spoke excellent English. I especially enjoyed the soothing sound of the nearby river during the evening.
A small reduction linked to this would be welcome.

The hotel features three saunas, including an aromatherapy sauna, which I found relaxing after a day of travel. Shuttle service to the station is available, and I appreciated this convenience upon my departure. A bus stop is located right across the street from the hotel.

The staff at the hotel were very attentive and responsive to all my needs . The reception staff were particularly helpful, and they spoke excellent English, made communication simple. They also provided assistance with my luggage after checkout.

The breakfast buffet included a selection of Swiss meats, cheeses, breads, cereals, coffee, and tea. I found many choices for a good start to the day before a long walk in the mountains. The hotel restaurant downstairs was also of high quality.

My room was super clean, quiet and comfortable, and it included a lovely balcony. I had beautiful views from the balcony. Rooms have views of the Matterhorn. I appreciated these additional features that created an enhanced experience.
