well located but small
great locationfree breakfasthelpful staffsmall room
the location had lots of great restaurants nearby. the hotel let me keep one large luggage in storage . i only brought one luggage to my room and that helped. bagels, croissants, and apples were free for breakfast and coffee was available at all times.
the room had little space. the ac turned on at random moments at night. it woke us up often.

the staff was friendly and accommodating. they offered luggage storage after checkout. they were flexible with a later checkout making the departure easy.

i found the staff helpful . ray at reception was particularly attentive. he really tried to. the location proved convenient with the empire state building visible if i looked up.
the hallways felt quite cold. they also felt very narrow. my room was also very small. there was no closet provided which was not great.
