friendly staff early check extra bed
The staff were really friendly. They went the extra mile. i arrived early and the staff sorted an early check in with no notice. the team also provided an extra bed on request!!!

good size lovely view separate doors
The room had a good size. It also had a LOVELY view of the river. Access required passing through three separate doors, i felt totally secure.
The staircase carpets looked worn. The hotel needs upgrades.

the room decor kept many details from its past. the bed was comfortable. breakfast was satisfying. the staff were friendly and helpful.
the tv had subtitles i struggled to remove. it took some time to resolve this issue.

ideal location friendly staff good meal creaky bed bad sleep broken tv
the location is ideal near the river. i found the fish and chips in the inn to be good. the steak was also a good meal. the staff were friendly.
the bed was creaky. i heard a noise everytime i turned over. i did not have a very good night's sleep. the tv was not working when i arrived.
