GREAT hotel EXPERIENCE

i found the staff very helpful. The room had great space with a LARGE terrace. Breakfast was served at a restaurant, and it was good. The room service seemed prompt AND the staff polite. IT was a really nice experience. I also liked the location, a short walk to various shops.
the hotel is a Little walk from the main seafront. This made finding nearby restaurants slightly difficult.

Underwhelming stay. Some issues need attention
dirty floorsmissing items
The cleanliness was a real issue, you know? i walked barefoot for a bit and my feet were covered in grime. there were marks all over the floor and walls, so it was not great. also, the breakfast setup was odd. I did not get everything that was promised. No milk for the coffee and no yogurt.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The receptionist was ALWAYS attentive to my needs. The hotel is close to the beach, so that's convenient. The location meant I had easy access to the main attractions.
