The room was a superior single room. i found the breakfast options great. The lobby was very clean! from there to my room, all clean too.

the restaurant staff was not helpful. one waiter did not provide juice as requested. my room was opened. reception did not check cctv to find out why it was open.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay

I found a big issue with the room service. It was slow. The order took over one hour. The food arrived cold. The staff didnt seem to care when I complained. The front desk was not helpful either. They really didn't try to solve my problem. It's not what I expect from a hotel at this price point. I also had trouble with the noise. The walls are thin. I could hear everything happening in the hallway. It was hard to sleep before midnight.
