bad cleaningreception service
the room cleaning was really bad. they skipped our room and even after we told them several times, they didn't come. the next day, i complained and only after going to the reception three times did they send someone to clean the room and replace the necessary items. for what we paid i found it not worth it.

the hotel was beautiful it had clean rooms and cleaning went on continuously. the restaurant had a good variety of dishes. travelling with family i found this place good value as the hotel provided everything we needed.
the organization in the restaurants presented a weak point i noticed constant failures in restocking food items. i also observed that utensils such as glasses plates and cutlery were not readily available. i often found the juice and coffee machines empty due to poor restocking management.

I felt welcomed right away. the check-in was quick because ahmed was efficient. ikram from guest relations kept checking to make sure i had everything i needed. lacen, the reception manager, quickly found a quiet room for me after i asked. I appreciated that attention.
the drinks were disappointing. many juices seemed to come from instant powder, and the overall selection was limited. as someone who doesn't drink alcohol, i struggled to find something to drink.

The culina restaurant has a good variety of dishes. I found it easy to find something i enjoyed. the food was fresh with plenty of options available, this made meal times relaxing. meals were well-organized and pleasant. I thought it was good.

The hotel is colossal. it features multiple facilities, including outdoor and indoor pools, a spa and a gym, there is a lot available. the spa was clean and relaxing. I enjoyed the time i spent there!

The rooms are huge. the beds are comfy, this ensured a good night's sleep. I slept well. the balcony offered a fantastic view. rooms were clean and everything around the hotel was being cleaned continuously.

the security staff welcomed us with a smile. the staff were friendly and upgraded our room from garden view to pool view. the staff were efficient and happy to help. the reception team made a great impression!

i found the staff were helpful! the housekeeping team surprised us with a lovely petal heart. the pool was amazing! also, i thought the photos online accurately reflected the hotel. i really appreciate the attention to detail. the food was also great. i was really happy with the holiday.
the location is excellent. but the drinks were limited and some juices tasted like powder.
