Acceptable Location, Disappointing Room

The location was good (close to everything!).
The room I received did not match the advertised photos. Instead of a bright room with wooden floors, I got a much smaller room on floor -2 so there was no sunlight. When I asked for a better room, they said they were fully booked and told me to call the next day, but they ignored my calls after that.
