adequate stay , but some issues present
inconsistent showerunderstaffed reception
i found a couple of things less than stellar. the shower temperature was inconsistent , a minor inconvenience , but still present. also , the staff seemed a bit understaffed during peak hours , there was a noticeable delay in getting assistance at times. i waited a little longer than expected for my car to be valeted. this all added up to a slightly underwhelming experience given the hotel's reputation and pricing.

The location is indeed perfect. It is very close to all the best sites. The staff were helpful. They were also friendly and cute.
I stayed for three nights. The reception area was too small. It did not adequately handle the number of guests. The room lacked a proper double duvet. My wife and I had to use two single duvets. The shower was weak and poorly positioned. It caused water to flood the entire bathroom.

The hotel is in a good location, near many attractions.
My room felt quite old. The furniture was scratched, and the curtains seemed frayed. It did not feel like a true five-star experience. The sink even had a chip in it. The lack of attention to these details was disappointing.
