adequate stay with some issues
staff attitudelong wait
The staff attitude seemed poor and unhelpful. They didn't address concerns . much of the resort was closed, there was no waterpark open and the beach bar was also closed. meal times had big gaps, if we missed lunch we waited 4 hours for dinner.

My family room had issues. Upon arrival, the mini fridge was dirty. One bathroom smelled strongly of urine, reported, but remained unaddressed. the floors were not cleaned well. Walking barefoot after showering left our feet black. I expect more from a resort like this.
